Books


I truly believe in the power of knowledge. Knowledge is power. Even though I have almost every 'nutrition book" out there. I always update and love to read up on new information. For the record, I am not following a 'diet' per say, but rather am being followed/guided by Rob Lagana.
Nonetheless, I find it highly motivating to read and immerse myself in the world of well-being.
